Cancellation Policy

GrooveKuttz Cancellation & Reschedule Policy At GrooveKuttz, we understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to change your plans. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to both our barbers and clients, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place: 1. Booking & Confirmation All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system, phone, or in person. A confirmation message will be sent upon booking. Please ensure your contact details are up to date. 2. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee of 30% of your service fee, which is the amount that is occurred while booking online using our booking system. No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged 30% of the service fee, which is the amount that is occurred while booking online using our booking system. 3. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your booking at no extra cost. Rescheduling within less than 24 hours may require a deposit or a small rebooking fee, depending on availability. 4. No-Show Policy If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying us, 30% of the service cost will be deducted, and future bookings may require prepayment. Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay for all future bookings. 5. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service to fit within the remaining time. If we cannot accommodate you due to lateness, it may be treated as a missed appointment, and cancellation fees may apply. 6. Refunds & Deposits Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule within the permitted timeframe. Refunds for missed appointments or late cancellations are not provided unless under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies). 7. Exceptional Circumstances If you have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
